TACKLE FOOTBALL
The Dubuque Hempstead Youth Football Program, a division of the Youth Sports Foundation, is available to any Dubuque Hempstead school area youth entering in the 3rd – 8th grade in the fall of 2024.
The 3rd- 6th grade tackle football program begins the week of August 12th and includes introduction skills for tackle football. Full equipment is provided, and the schedule is 6 weeks. Games are held on Sundays beginning in September.

FLAG FOOTBALL
The Youth Sports Foundation is offering a Flag Football program for Dubuque Hempstead area for youth entering into the 1st – 2nd grade in the fall of 2024!
Dubuque Hempstead Flag Football is a 5 week Sunday afternoon program that begins with practice on Sunday, September 10th. The program includes: introduction to the fundamentals of football, a YSF branded reversible jersey (each player keeps), and a 4-game Sunday schedule.

CHEERLEADING
Youth Sports Foundation offers cheerleading in the Dubuque Hempstead community. You can find the registration form, registration flyer, team roster(s), and schedules below.
CHEERLEADING
The Dubuque Hempstead Youth Cheerleading Program was established to provide young people the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and to develop their abilities as a cheerleader.
Our coordinators and coaches are focused on teaching each participant the correct fundamentals of the sport in a safe and fun environment.
