Meet the YSF Team

Jim Miller is a co-founding member of the Youth Sports Foundation, fulfilling the mission and vision of developing kids through sports since 1995.

Jim is an active member of the Muscatine community, where he has raised his family and continues to work providing the opportunity and means by which all kids can become involved in organized activities.

Greg takes care of our Mid-Iowa, Northeast, Optimist, Panther North, Panther South, Upper Iowa, and 8-Man Conferences. This year, he’s taken over responsibility of our growing FLAG Football Program.

With YSF since 2007, Greg also officiates for the IHSAA and resides with his family in Nashua.

Joe began coaching and coordinating with YSF in 2001, then becoming the Hawkeye Conference Coordinator and now Regional Director. He currently oversees our Cedar River, Eagle Bluff, East Central, and Hawkeye.

Joe has been heavily involved with youth sports, particularly in his hometown of Independence where he raised his family and resides with his wife, Janet.

Jacob joined the YSF in 2024 as a Regional Director, overseeing the Greater Quad Cities, Mississippi Valley, Southeast conferences. Jacob works out of the home office in Muscatine and oversees the website, while assisting with preparations for online registrations and helping out in the warehouse.

Jacob resides in Wilton with his wife, Mary Alice, their two kids Henry & Lydia and the dog Lorenzo.

Joni is responsible for Coordinator, Coach, & Player information dissemination, as well as all inventories. She is also the volleyball and track & field program coordinator for YSF.

Joni and her family live in Muscatine where she is active with the Muscatine Booster Club.

Erin handles all public relations for the Youth Sports Foundation. She takes care of the newsletter, directs the podcast and makes sure YSF is known throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Erin and her husband have one son and live in Muscatine.

Delilah is YSF’s four year old security officer and the first one on the scene to promptly greet all YSF visitors. Being a Muscatine born native she is in charge of giving every visitor a warm Muscatine “Hello”.

She lives with her Dad, Mom & her 9 year old husky sister “Irish”.

Delilah loves her weekly play dates at doggie daycare to play with all of her friends, and she loves swimming and snacking on her carrots & apples. She will also happily run laps around the football field with energetic fans! Welcome to the team Delilah!
