TACKLE FOOTBALL
The Muscatine Youth Football Program, a division of the Youth Sports Foundation, is available to any Muscatine school area youth entering in the 2nd– 6th grade in the fall of 2024.
The tackle football program begins the week of August 15th and includes introduction skills for tackle football. Full equipment is provided, and the schedule is 6 weeks. Games are held on Sundays beginning in September.

FLAG FOOTBALL
The Youth Sports Foundation is offering a Flag Football program for Muscatine area for youth entering into 1st-2nd grade, 3rd/4th grade, 5th /6th grade, and girls in 7th/8th grade in the fall of 2024!
YSF Muscatine 1st and 2nd grade Flag Football is a 5-week Sunday afternoon program that begins with practice on Sunday, September 8th. The program includes introduction to the fundamentals of football, a YSF branded reversible jersey (each player keeps), and a 4-game Sunday schedule.

CHEERLEADING
The Muscatine Youth Cheerleading Program was established to provide young people the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and to develop their abilities as a cheerleader.
Our coordinators and coaches are focused on teaching each participant the correct fundamentals of the sport in a safe and fun environment.

The Muscatine Youth volleyball Program was established to provide young people the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and to develop their abilities in volleyball.
Our coordinators and coaches are focused on teaching each participant the correct fundamentals of the sport in a safe and fun environment.

TRACK AND FIELD
The goal of this program is to encourage personal growth through experiences in individual goal setting and team leadership skills as well as track & field fundamentals. All youth and teams come out a winner whether they cross the finish line first and last!
TRACK AND FIELD
The purpose of this program is to introduce youth to the beginning fundamentals of track & field. Emphasis will be placed on proper warm-ups and conditioning, followed by training techniques in running and field events (shot put and long jump).
Teams will work on baton exchanges and understand the concepts of the track area and competition of relays.
